How do I get started on the ITM?
You’ll receive an invitation via email to join a team or department. To get started:
Follow the link in the email to create your password.
Once your account is set up, sign in to access your Gig Dashboard.
2. What can I do from the Gig Dashboard?
Once you’re logged in, the Gig Dashboard is your control center. From here, you can:
Post roles or projects: Create listings for the roles or projects you need to fill within the company.
View employee profiles: Browse profiles of internal employees, including their skills, experience, and interests.
Review applications and proposals: See who has applied or submitted proposals for the roles and projects you posted.
Communicate with employees: Once applications or proposals come in, you can chat with candidates directly through the platform.
3. How do I post a role or project?
To post a role or project:
Go to the Gig Dashboard and click on “Post a Role or Project.”
Fill out the details, including required skills, responsibilities, and timelines.
Once submitted, the platform will match your posting with suitable employees, and they can apply or send proposals.
4. How do I communicate with employees?
Once an employee applies for a role or submits a proposal, you’ll be able to communicate directly through the platform. This allows you to:
Discuss details about the project.
Clarify expectations.
Invite them to internal opportunities that you believe are a good fit.
5. How do I invite employees to internal opportunities?
If you come across an employee profile that you think would be a great fit for a particular project or role, you can invite them directly through the platform. Simply:
View their profile.
Click the option to Invite to Opportunity, select the opportunity you would like to invite them too and they will receive a notification.
6. How do I get admin permissions?
To gain access to the admin dashboard with enhanced functionality, you need to be granted admin permissions. This is done at the discretion of a current admin, who can upgrade your access based on your needs.
