As an employee you will be able to view internal roles and projects which have been posted within your organisation. To apply for an internal role you must send an application and to apply for a project you must send a proposal.
How do I submit an application or proposal?
If a role is open for applications, it will appear on the "Find a Role" page. Projects will appear on the "Find a Project" page
To apply, select the desired role to view its details
2. Then click "Send Application or Proposal"
3. Complete the cover letter and then submit application. The hiring manager for this role or project will be sent the cover letter and also have access to view your profile on the platform with details on your skills and experience.
Invites to Roles
If you're matched to a role or project, a hiring manager may send you an invite encouraging you to apply. You'll receive an email notification and can view the invite through the in-platform chat notifications. You can also access your invites via the side navigation bar for easy tracking.
