This guide will help you update your organisation’s settings, including white-labelling the platform with your custom logo, adjusting terminology, and selecting a colour scheme to fit your brand identity.
To upload a custom logo:
Navigate to the Settings tab in the left menu.
In the Organisation Logo section, click on the Select Your File button.
Upload your logo in either PNG or SVG format.
Make sure your logo is the correct format and fits the space for optimal display.
Updating Terms & Conditions and Tagline
You can add your organisation’s terms and conditions as well as a custom tagline:
In the Settings tab, find the section for Terms & Conditions and Tagline.
Enter the URL link to your terms and conditions in the provided field.
Add your tagline in the field below.
Both fields allow for easy updates, so your branding remains consistent.
Toggling Key Features
Customise the platform features to suit your organisation’s needs by toggling them on or off:
Go to the Settings tab and locate the Toggable Features section.
Here’s what each feature means:
Private Employee Profiles: When enabled, employees will not be able to view each other’s profiles. However, clients will still have access to all employee profiles.
Dispute Feature: Allows users to raise disputes, which are then visible on the admin dashboard.
Proposal Reviews: If enabled, every proposal submitted to a project must be reviewed and approved by an admin before reaching the project poster.
Email Domain Whitelisting: Control who can sign up by whitelisting specific email domains. Once activated, you can add approved domains.
Overriding Platform Terminologies
Easily customise the platform’s terminology to match your organisation’s language:
Under Settings, find the Override Terminologies section.
Enter your preferred terms for platform elements. For example, replace "gig" with "project" or "clients" with "teams."
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
Selecting a Color Theme
Personalize the platform’s color scheme to reflect your brand:
In the Settings tab, find the Theme section.
Choose a colour that best represents your organisation’s identity. By default, the platform uses a green colour scheme, but you can update this as needed.
We can customise this to your organisations exact colour scheme on request.
