Step 1 - Select the dispute icon on the dashboard. This will bring you to this page. Hit Create Dispute

Step 2 - Select the gig you would like to raise a dispute on

Step 3 - Select the reason for raising the dispute

Step 4 - Remember to include as much detail as possible on why you are raising the dispute. Then hit Create Dispute. Our customer service team will do their best to resolve the dispute as soon as possible 😁
