Step 1 - Select dispute icon on the dashboard. This will bring you to this page. Hit Create Dispute

Step 2 - Select the gig you would like to raise a dispute on

Step 3 - Select the reason for raising the dispute

Step 4 - Remember to add a description on exactly why you are raising the dispute. Then hit Send Dispute. Our customer service team will do their best to resolve the dispute as soon as possible 😁
